Meet Dr. Anthony Papaleo
Dr. Anthony Papaleo (Chiropractor) is dedicated to helping Bentleigh East families feel better through gentle and natural chiropractic care.
The Path to Chiropractic
Anthony has always been interested in health sciences and has been a chiropractic patient since the age of 15. Some of his family members went through a painful recovery from a severe car accident, and no practitioners were able to give them the care they needed. Chiropractic offered them an alternative approach to care. Combined with his own chiropractic experiences, this was the motivation for him to attend chiropractic college.
Education and Training
Anthony attended RMIT University in Melbourne for a five-year chiropractic degree. There, he studied basic sciences and chiropractic-specific areas, including anatomy and human physiology, X-ray, diagnosis, chiropractic adjusting techniques and hands-on patient care that he learned in the student clinic.
Nearly Three Decades of Experience
After graduating, Anthony began working at East Bentleigh Health Group and later bought the practice. For nearly three decades, he’s been providing outstanding evidence-based chiropractic care to the community he loves.

Outside the Practice
When he’s not working, Anthony enjoys spending time with his wife Pam and their two children, Michaela and Matthew. They live in the Bentleigh East community, and their children attend our local schools. Anthony also enjoys bike riding and playing basketball.
